Life Log
Strategic Validation
PD Silva (CEO) and Joshua Jacob (FDE) at Heya confirmed the recording-to-agent pipeline thesis on June 26. SMB onboarding is a white-glove nightmare right now - 48 hours to weeks per client. Heya runs 1,000 calls/day and accuracy keeps losing to latency.
Nischal/Naman hypothesis: autonomously generate 90-95% of an agent from past recordings. Solves the schema discovery problem without manual setup.
PD wants a demo. Need to ship the recording-to-agent pipeline by then.
Production Fires
The "Emily" voice agent is in critical condition. Natalie (Remedy Admin) is visibly frustrated. Three specific failures logged:
Emily went missing during after-hours windows. Patients calling in got no response. Zero fallback.
Natalie flagged Emily saying "byeee" to patients. Unprofessional closing from an agent that is supposed to represent a medical aesthetics clinic.
Kathryn and Kim both reported failed scheduling and cancellations. Wrong provider assignments. Core booking flow is broken.
Model degradation from OpenAI + "too friendly" LLM personas. The scheduling API and provider routing are the two biggest pieces of technical debt right now. Fixing Emily means fixing both the prompt layer and the integration layer.
Visa & Relocation Log
Strategy session: be conversational in the interview, avoid short answers. Mehul recommended Hyderabad over Mumbai but the Mumbai slot is already booked.
O1 visa interview upcoming in Mumbai. Housing situation is still undecided. Relocation slated for end of July.
High-Priority Backlog
Critical fixes for the Emily agent and scheduling APIs. Model retrain + provider routing overhaul. This is blocking patient operations.
Drafting the intro blurb for the Advit Jewels IPO. Needs to go out this week. Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders on positioning.
Prep the recording-to-agent pipeline demo for PD and Joshua. Target: w/c Jul 6. Core hypothesis is validated, now we need to show it working.
